CNBC should be back up now.

We are aware that we have lost signal to CNBC in both MPEG2/4.  We have dispatched someone on the trouble, and will post updates accordingly.

The loss of audio should be fixed at this time.

We are also currenlty experiencing a loss of audio on a number of MPEG2 channels.  We are investigating this issue, and will update as we know more.

We appear to be experiencing freezing on approximately 10 channels at a time.  The channels we have noted are:

American Life TV, Food Network, Ovation, Oxygen, Starz, Starz Cinema, Starz Edge, Starz Kids and Family, Starz in Black, and WAM

We are currently looking into this issue, and will update accordingly.

The problem that was causing the Madison off-airs to be down has been found, and they should all be back online and working now.

The Madison off-air channels seem to be experiencing tiling and loss of signal.  We are currenlty looking into this and will update as we know more.

Last night approximately 11:00 PM we experienced a brief power surge and outage in the area around both the city and rural areas of Westby and Viroqua that caused some damage to some of our reception and encoding equipment. We have had to replace and re-configure a few channels to get them back up and working but all should be available with the exception of CSPAN-II that is still out while we find a replacement plan for it. We are extremely sorry and concerned as to what the problem not only is with all of the power interruptions in our area but also trying to find exact causes for our back up systems not to function correctly on all occasions. We experienced the same thing early Saturday morning with no issues but last night caused us extreme problems. We are now currently reviewing some additional recommendations aimed at this problem.

There appears to be some sort of interference with our reception on a number of channels.  We are looking into the issue, and will update this site as we know more.
